Number one in my book is that it is a very positive atmosphere! The groups are small so you don’t feel like just another client. Mark is a super trainer! He is always changing the routines so that we are working different muscle groups, which keeps us on our toes. And last, it’s only 30 minutes!
Thanks Mark for setting us up with the Zoom app so we can work out from home with you during this crazy time! It’s helping me keep my sanity!
Mark has tremendous expertise in his training classes. He targets all the muscle groups and has helped me so much with my knees. He classes are hard, but I enjoy them. He is the best trainer I have had the opportunity to work with.
Huge thanks to MVP Training Studio for creating a plan for me to continue my training sessions within a matter of days!
My trainer Mark Vymislicky reached out to me and supplied me with some equipment to use at home and we are continuing our one on one sessions VIRTUALLY!
I am so satisfied with my progress as well as my results thus far and I know that by continuing this process, I’ll achieve my goals.
The gyms may be shut down but the process has not been interrupted!
Thanks Mark and MVP for creating an avenue where we are able to continue our training and reach our goals!
What a great way to start the day! Mark is an awesome trainer. He is very encouraging and suggests less intense movements for those (mainly me) that aren’t quite “there” yet. I’ve only been a couple of weeks and already see changes. I love how each day is different and never knew there were so many different exercises you can do for each muscle group. Mark’s ideas are limitless. It’s never a dull day!
I’m a 74 year active old male who has fought the battle of the bulge for all my adult life. My issue has been a low metabolism which is of the genetic type I have always been able to keep in somewhat in control with just diet. Slowly though I have gained weight over the years to a range no of 250 to 260 lbs.
I started MVP’s program in April of this year at the Suggestion of my physical therapist at Grand Strand where I was undergoing core strengthening for back issues relating to my golf swing. At the conclusion of my prescription my therapist made the suggestion was that I find a personal trainer who would continue the work that he had started and recommended MVP among others. MVP was the closest to me and quite handy.
When I met Mark he came across as quite knowledgeable and professional. His training studio was neat and clean and I explained to him that I was not looking to bulk up (Like a 74 year old could) but was looking to strengthen my core so I could prolong my golfing career a few more years before meeting the orthopedic surgeon to fuse my back. We talked a little bit and would try a twice a week regimen.
Not only did I meet my objective of no lower back pain which seems to be non-existent after a round but all of a sudden my low carbohydrate diet took hold and I began to drop weight. Now 30+ pounds in 9 months and realize that his program of 30 minutes twice a week exercise triggered my metabolism also.
My friends are now telling me that I look good or asking how I have lost weight? Their comments have motivated me to continue my training with Mark and I do enjoy it. It’s hard to believe that just getting up in the morning and meeting Mark for my resistance training sessions have had such a change in my life and outlook.
I have been training with MVP for 2 months, starting my 3rd month now
To be honest, I didn’t really have any goals. I just knew that I wanted to force myself to work out consistently for 30 days…..and now I’ve signed up for 6 months. I wasn’t doing it to lose weight or anything, just to try and learn consistency. Don’t get me wrong I need to lose weight but that wasn’t my initial goal.
I am BLOWN away at losing inches and being able to really tell in my clothes. I have gone down 2 pants sizes in 2 months and that’s just mind blowing to me. I can see definition in my arms and my legs. Since having back surgery a year and half ago, my core was so weak, and it still needs lots of work, but I can tell I am gaining strength. I also was shocked that I went from 5lb weights to 10-15lbs on some of the exercises. It just feels good.
Mark is AWESOME! Mark obviously is passionate about health and taking care of your mind and body. He is no pressure, no gimmicks, not trying to sell you anything – it’s a nice approach. He’s very motivating and sends out lots of support via email and videos weekly. He’s not in your face screaming at you, he’s calm, and helps you when you are struggling. It’s been so nice and honestly – I feel relaxed!
I would recommend this program because there is no pressure. There are people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities in the classes. Nobody judges! Nobody cares what you are doing in the class, they are all focused on themselves. It’s the hardest 30 minutes of the day – but once you do it – YOUR DAY IS CHANGED! I have found that I have more energy, focus, and if I miss a class – I am so upset! It has truly changed my life and I can’t wait to keep going and get stronger!
Working out at MVP has been a great experience for me. I am in the best shape I have been in years. Mark is an excellent trainer and great person. He makes the workout fun for all of us and at the same time you work hard. Great place.
I had been going to MVP Training Studio for four years and I’ve lost over 47 pounds. Mark is a phenomenal trainer. I am in the best shape I’ve ever been. I never had the same workout every time I came in. I was a little apprehensive at first, as I’m not the most outgoing person but my son referred him to me and, overtime, I found he really motivated me. He offers a great nutritional program and he really understands the body and what to do if I have a problem. He knows how to target areas and he’s very knowledgeable.
I have been going to MVP Training Studio for about a year, and the experience so far has been phenomenal. I have lost 28 pounds with their program, and I feel great! The community there is a fine little community. Mark is wonderful. He’s the reason I keep coming back!
I have only been a few times but I feel it. And the workouts are not always the same. I personally hate to workout out but this I enjoy.
I’ve been going to Mark’s group boot camp workout at MVP Training Studio for a year and a half now. I feel like it’s helped with my energy levels. They’re good about working all different muscle groups and changing it up so you don’t get bored. He’s good at pushing us but to our limits to get the best results possible. He’s creative in getting his clients to perform. I’ve gained muscle and definition in my body through toning and I’ve just had really good results working out through his company. I’ve never stuck with one thing for this long!
I am at my 11th week at MVP Training Studio. I continue to come back because Mark is a terrific trainer who motivates and encourages you; and, because I have seen results that I haven’t experienced in Y-E-A-R-S with 20 lbs and 10 inches down! Still a ways to go but, that is a healthy loss over an 11 week period and that’s what I’m looking for…healthy changes! I’ve noticed a number of changes in myself since working out at MVP Training Studio: my mobility and agility have markedly improved; the swelling in my ankles has disappeared; my blood pressure is lower; I am stronger; and, I generally just feel better;
I already have recommended it to several people but, moreover, I’m not recommending a “studio”…I’m recommending Mark Vymislicky…a trainer extraordinaire…a trainer who is always encouraging you, always pushing you, always interested in you and always trying to keep you interested.
I have been training with mark for 2 yrs plus. I feel and look at least 10 yrs younger. It helps me keep weight down And no more sagging! My stability, strength and coordination has improved dramatically. I would highly recommend Marks program to anyone that wants to change their life for the better. It is great!!!!
I come back because it feels great. It is always different and never the same. I enjoy the curiosity of what it will been like each time. I also love having the shared experience of working out with my hubby 🙂 The changes I see is my muscles getting toned and increased endurance. I would absolutely recommend it to others. Mark, we are pleased and very happy with your efforts to serve us well as clients 🙂
Though it has been over a year since I used MVP Training Studio, I will say Mark did a fantastic job with me. I did the one on one classes with him. Mark was very professional and his knowledge on fitness proved itself after I left from my sessions with him. I was amazed with the results. Very happy. I am a type 1 diabetic and he was conscience of that while he planned my workouts. I highly recommend Mark and MVP Training Studio if you are looking to get back into shape or just tone up. I only left because of personal reasons. I am hoping to get back to Mark near the end of summer.
As a sixty seven year old, the training sessions help keep the muscles toned and the body agile. As we age the body does not have as much ability to be as agile. Keeping active sure helps with this. MVP also understands that the older trainees have some limitations and works with us.
After joining MVP over a year ago, I can honestly say it has changed my life. It is a friendly, motivating environment that adapts all exercises for all ages and ability levels. I feel healthier, I have more energy and my clothes fit better. I have learned healthier eating habits and committed to lifestyle changes. MVP Training Studio is not a temporary fad, it is a permanent habit for a healthier ME!
Looking for a workout, challenge yourself, don’t have hours to spend at a gym? This is it. Mark gives you a 30 minute workout that would take others an hour. Before moving to SC I had trained 3 X’s a week an hour each session. Now with MVP I get great results in 2 hours a week. I feel great loosing inches and pounds.
Down 3.5 inches, 5% body fat, and gained 4 pounds of muscle!
Down 22 pounds, 2% body fat, and gained 2 pounds of muscle!
Down 7 pounds, 3% body fat, and gained 1 pound of lean muscle !
Paula Rutledge down 3 inches, 4% body fat, and gained 4 pounds of muscle!
|My struggle is I like to eat therefore I do not lose weight at a rapid pace. With this program and another one I had in Va. I have learned to eat much healthier foods. No junk food at all. Chips and dip… gone by the wayside. Cookies and cakes non existent. My downfall is wine. In addition, I get frustrated because of my age. I didn’t think a woman of my age and size could do what I do now. I also had a knee replacement 9 years ago which hindered a lot of the activity that I use to do. Also I didn’t like working out with other people. Now not only do I attend personal training but group training. Mentally I was perfectly happy eating all the “good food”. But at the end of the day it made me feel like crap. With the additional weight I didn’t want to do anything or go anywhere. My knees and lack of strength in my legs, would prevent me from going up and down steps frequently. Therefore would also prevent me from participating in outside activities I so enjoy. MVP has helped me gain the confidence to try and do just about anything. Recently I toured the Grand Canyon and was able to hike for miles. In addition I could climb up onto small rock formations. Before MVP and personal training I did not have the confidence, the stamina or the balance to do these things. Steps have become so much easier for me to maneuver. The skies the limit for me. I am not afraid to try anything. Even at 65. I will be doing zip line in November up in the mountains. Still have a ton of weight to lose but I have the confidence that I can become stronger and lose the weight one pound at a time. My goal is to be able to do at least one pull up in a year. Pull ups are very difficult to do and requires a lot of upper body strength. I need to lose the weight to be able to pull up my body also. I love working out and lifting weights which I NEVER could have said that before. It use to be a chore and now its a job that I love.

I’ve always struggled to find a fitness program that challenged me. MVP Training Studio solved that right from the start!! The first few weeks were rough, I will admit, BUT as I continued to embrace the workouts and the program overall I was AMAZED and EXCITED to see how my body was changing as well as my energy level. Trying to find a fitness routine that excited me and that I would keep up with was putting a damper on my spirits and so I would stop doing anything all together and feel like I had failed which in turn just stopped me from working out at all. MVP saved me from a downward spiral of no fitness/workout at all! I had given up on everything. I just didn’t care..BUT I took a chance and signed up for a 6 week challenge, as this was a fitness program I had not tried (thinking I was way too out of shape to attempt what I thought was going to be too hard for me) boy was I wrong!!! MVP gave me accountability to myself, to make time for myself and be to be proud of myself for embracing the challenge every time I walk in class! I have been a proud member of MVP Training Studio for 3 years, I will be starting my 4thyear October 26, 2018. Based on my past fitness history that is unprecedented, just ask anyone who has known me for the last 15 years or more!! They are still in shock!!! And sometimes I am too when I really think about it…Time flies when you are having fun and seeing results!!!
Love the training there. Mark really pushes you to reach your goal!!!
And it’s fun with all your friends there also!!!

Intensive workouts with a personal trainer there to guide you every step of the way. Best 30 minutes you’ll spend working out! It has such a great mix of cardio and weight training, the 30 minutes just flies by.
It is the personal training experience without the cost! I love that we can go everyday and it just takes 30 minutes! Consistency=results! Love it at MVP!

Before training, I was overweight, out of shape, and I had no energy at all. All I wanted to do was eat and lay around. I didn’t want to work out or exercise in front of a lot of other people. My self-confidence had reached an all time low. The private one-on-one sessions have really helped me a lot.
I have lost about 25 pounds so far in almost 3 months, but it’s not just that. I’m wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in 3 or 4 years and I can actually run up and down the basketball court again in my men’s league. I have never felt better in my life. I have lost weight the right way and my body feels so much better.
My friend Whitney introduced me to my trainer Mark (who has also become a good friend) and it’s the best personal investment that I have ever made. It has changed my life!!!!!
Time to give credit where credit is due…I have never been one to ever stick with a workout routine. I have tried several trainers and have given up before the month was over. I have been working out with Mark Vymislicky since the beginning of March and my body has transformed with just 30 minute sessions, 3 days a week! I am more conscious about eating right and actually look forward to my workouts which I never thought possible!
If you are looking for a true professional trainer that knows what he’s doing…Mark is your guy! Oh and no excuses if you have a hurt back, neck, ankle, knee etc…he can work around that and still give you a great workout! #lovingbeingfitandhealthy
